Mission Statement

To build healthy communities by engaging students and families from socio-economic disadvantaged neighborhoods through culturally appropriate activities and leadership programs that measurably improve health and wellness.

Description

Our programs are sustained through volunteers and community support. We seek willing and able board members, parent volunteers to assist in active recess, financial contributions for program supplies and maintenance. In addition, we seek chef mentors and partners for our Cooking up Change event held each spring.
