Mission Statement

F.I.S.H. of the Santa Rosa Area, Inc. feeds the hungry of Sonoma County. Operating the largest and oldest (founded in 1972) independent free food pantry in the County, a 100% volunteer team of 50 regulars, provides quality nutritious food, including three kinds of critical protein, to people in need. The most accessible food pantry in the County, we are open five days/week to feed seniors; homeless, unemployed, low income, and disabled people; and small and large families. We ensure client privacy and dignity by asking no questions: no proof of income or residence is required.

F.I.S.H. of the Santa Rosa Area, Inc. feeds the hungry of Sonoma County. Operating the largest and oldest (founded in 1972) independent free food pantry in the County, a 100% volunteer team of 50 regulars provides quality nutritious food, including three kinds of critical protein, to people in need. The most accessible food pantry in the County, we open six days/week to feed seniors; homeless, unemployed, low income, and disabled people; and small and large families. We ensure client privacy and dignity by asking no questions: no proof of income or residence is required, no forms to fill out. Home-delivery is provided to house-bound clients.
