Our mission is to provide both the elderly and their caretakers with all of the education, preparation and resources that they will need, to ensure a smooth transition to this next, natural stage of life.

Description

Our organization emphasizes preparation. We believe families should always be prepared for emergency and end of life situations. We provide organizational tools and kits (Green Boxes) to help families prepare and plan. We believe this will help reduce stress when dealing with unplanned medical and life events. We are a small but growing organization. We have assisted over 1,500 Seniors and their families so far.
