Heritage Community Farm is a newly incorporated not for profit organization located in Beaufort, SC. It is the belief of Heritage Community Farm that much can be achieved through the establishment of school and community gardens. Partnerships have been formed with area schools as a first step to use horticulture as a springboard for broader change.
