We need your Marketing and communications expertise to help increase awareness and share the work we are doing for our healthcare community! Help for Healthcare Professionals or HHCP, Inc. is a nurse-owned non-profit organization dedicated to "supporting those who vowed to care for us". Our Frontline CAre and REcovery Program is focused on driving personal protective equipment (PPE), meals, education, skills, and financial support to frontline healthcare workers and first responders. To date, we have delivered meals, food assistance, PPE, and cleaning supplies--- impacting more than 21,000 lives across Georgia! We are working diligently to secure funding and build partnerships as we get ready to launch the 3rd phase of our comprehensive Frontline CARE Program. This will provide individual care packages for healthcare workers and first responders. The family care packages will provide support to frontliners negatively affected by COVID-19, extending to their immediate families. Next steps, researching, reviewing data, providing mental health support, and launching a scholarship fund to provide educational opportunities for healthcare workers seeking opportunities away from the bedside, due to burnout from COVID-19. We are seeking an energetic **volunteer**, skilled marketing professional to support the development and management of our nonprofit startup. Skilled in planning, scheduling, and posting using Hootsuite for Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: * Set and implement social media and community growth campaigns to align with HHCP marketing strategies. * Build relationships with internal departments, artists, customers, industry professionals, and influencers to actively promote events, exhibitions, digital content, and programs happening at HHCP. * Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns, including outreach, contracts, main lists, review sponsored content, and track KPIs *Mentor student volunteers Content Development * Manage social media content calendars: research and draft relevant content related to permanent collection, special exhibitions, and topical news. * Develop engaging text, images, and video content for social media accounts daily. * Film and create dynamic short-form video content on Reels and/or TikTok. * Produce and edit interactive content such as trivia, Q&As, challenges, weekly highlights, and more for audiences to engage with on Instagram Stories and other appropriate platforms. * Create graphics for social media and other appropriate platforms through Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar software programs. * Properly source, identify, tag, and edit high-quality images from HHCP service offerings and events for social posts, web and email campaigns. * Take and edit photos when needed for events, media previews, and staff headshots * Strive for inclusive content across social media by incorporating closed captions, image description, and ALT text * Draft copy for marketing collateral, including radio, web/digital content, and paid social ads * Coordinate on production of radio advertisements for 3+ stations Analytics And Reporting * Gather insightful analytics reports on a weekly and monthly basis. * Manage invoices for paid social advertisements, influencer campaigns, and social media planning tools. * Manage creative, copy, audiences, and analytics for paid social advertisements on Facebook Ads Manager and other appropriate channels. * Analyze digital campaign analytics and make strategic recommendations to pivot, enhance, or stop campaigns based on key insights and trends. * Other duties, as assigned **REMOTE OPTION AVAILABLE, BASED ON EXPERIENCE**

Board members are actively involved in organizational governance, and are expected to attend monthly board meetings, participate in at least one board committee, support the development of an Advisory Board to begin fundraising activities, participate in those fundraisers, and manage at least three community partner relationships. The board needs a variety of skills, with a strong emphasis on board candidates with accounting, human resource, legal, and media expertise, as well as those connected to the local nonprofit agencies, foundations, organized labor, cultural organizations, and communities of color. Qualifications Strong leadership skills; direct experience evolving operations from early stage to the next phase of growth with more structured systems and processes. Knowledge of non-profit best practices preferred Previous management or board of director experience Successful fundraising and business development experience Experience in large-scale program development Outstanding oral and written communication skills; a confident public speaker and presenter; the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
