The Help Show is a podcast dedicated to connecting individuals to mental health care community resources.
The Help Show’s is a monthly podcast hosted by founder NiEtta Reynolds and co-hosted by a prominent psychiatrist in Dallas, Texas. It involves discussing current health care topics and tips for managing mental health concerns, and ways to help the community get the care they need. The Help Show also works with educational institutions, counselors, and other mental health care providers to assist with mental health issues and support victims of abuse.
Our 2020/ 2021 program incorporates outreach to the community of Texas through the online podcast, where we will dive into the different topics of mental health on a weekly basis. This will include engaging different subject matter experts who can speak about their experience, different topics, and resources for how and where to get help if affected. We will also be creating awareness against stigma and how to live a normal life even if one has a mental health condition.
