Mission Statement

To help enrich and save the lives of our wounded veterans, active duty military and first responder by helping them combat the rigors of trauma & war - and its toxic effects on the human spirit through various styles of therapeutic dance instruction, athletic activity, group outings & team building programs that help our warriors engage in positive activities and discover how their leisure time is an opportunity for healing and transformation provided at no cost to them and their families, thus helping eradicate the 22 veteran daily veteran suicide rate.

Description

Our main program to help our wounded veterans is our dance instruction program where we teach 6-week sessions of various styles of dance instruction. The most popular being Salsa and bachata dances. We also incorporate activities such as sports, social outings, life enrichment classes. Our goal is to prevent veteran self-isolation and help re integrate our warriors back into social setting by providing fun and engaging activities where our veterans experience life enrichment and opportunities to rebuild the camaraderie with other veterans which was lost after leaving active service.
