We offering opportunities for students to be a part of Impact because we know the importance of having a safe environment (a family) to become truly who you are designed to be which is the heart behind impact groups, but also understand the reality of church and state, which places limitations in presenting the word of God in full capacity in schools but by partnering with local churches and organizations we are able to host our Pack Monthly Gatherings, which is a youth service where young people (Middle School College-Age) have the opportunity not only connect with their coaches and friends but hear the truth.

• Also, we train and meet with high school and college-age students that have been hand-selected by staff, captains, and coaches to be leaders in their schools and communities as Legend Student Leaders. We meet with them once a month and pour into them. We also provide a summer internship
• We provide quarterly training for new coaches, we have all coaches go through background checks and complete commitment forms. We also have monthly meetups for our coaches to pray, play and plan, and host a yearly 1-day retreat to pour into our coaches and cast vision for the next year.
