Mission Statement

Stryve believes that in order to remain competitive in the modern workforce, knowledge and skill with computers is essential. The mission of Stryve is to provide modern vocational training for people with disabilities to achieve meaningful employment. All Employment First individuals served will participate in integrated meaningful employment. Individuals will work in diverse environments and be integrated into diverse communities.

Description

Stryve was formed in 2018 by three like-minded people looking to make a positive change for people with disabilities that need specialized training and job assistance. The primary innovative strategy will be prioritizing modern job skills in order to empower the individual to remain relevant in a fast-changing work environment.

Stryve services are based around our core values of inclusion, person centered, independence, respect, and individuality. Stryve believes that in order to remain competitive in the modern workforce, knowledge and skill with computers is essential. At Stryve, your voice is heard. We provide services wherever you need them- While we strive to be a 100% community based program, we will never force this on anyone. Our top priority is for the person served to feel safe while training with our staff. We believe in an integrated experience where we work together for increased independence and improved skills.

Working with Stryve is a great opportunity and the other volunteers are great. I love what the organization stands for.
