Who We Are Our vision is to provide God-honoring healing places where no willing person is turned away. At the Women’s Clinic we provide free women’s health care in a beautiful setting to those aged 13-64 which may also include prayer, counseling, medical massage, physical therapy, chiropractic, nutritional counseling, and resource advocacy to those who are uninsured or underinsured. Volunteer staff outnumbers our paid staff by 10 to 1. What You Will Gain You will receive clinical and psychiatric oversight from Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisors, a LCSW for MSW program students and have access to a Psychiatrist. You will become an integral part of our clinic and volunteer staff, gain experience in providing exceptional mental health care, learn digital file management through Athena (EHR), and develop mutually beneficial relationships with others serving in counseling internships. After establishing on site clients, access to virtual appointments may be explored. Why Lend Your Expertise to Us? Women are known to put off their own potentially expensive healthcare in order to prioritize other critical personal or family needs. Our patients are never charged for services provided at the Dream Centers Women's Clinic. The contribution of your compassion, skill, and expertise directly impact a woman's ability to prioritize her own healthcare. Position Overview This volunteer is responsible for providing high quality OB/GYN ultrasound exams for the Dream Centers Women's Clinic. It is strictly a volunteer position and does not have capacity to become a paid staff position. Qualifications Must have an Associates Degree, a graduate of an Accredited Ultrasound Program, certified by the ARDMS in OB/GYN Sonography with a minimum of one to two years of experience in OB/GYN sonography, or a licensed RN, NP, MD or DO with a minimum of 75 or more performed OB/GYN scans.
