JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify relevant content and themes to develop campaign’s supporting content calendar Coordinate digital events (Facebook Chats, Facebook Lives, Instagram Lives, interactive programs ) Draft, clear, and manage all social media copy for digital platforms Develop content outline and deliverables, including blog posts, workbooks and facilitation guides Track and manage analytics for digital platforms and content Highlight social media opportunities for online partnerships with other organizations etc. Publish content to include blogs, videos, and other digital materials as needed for Network websites. Propose ideas for innovations in content offerings (potentially including new digital content formats, interactive elements, or other innovative and evolving campaign elements and digital tools). What types of individuals are we looking for? Proficiency in the use of word processing software, spreadsheets Proficiency in the use of digital engagement tools (e.g., social media and email) for public engagement purposes. Strong written and oral communication skills, with an ability to communicate technical material to generalist audiences, both foreign and domestic. Strong ability to work in a team environment on high priority initiatives. Strong ability to be flexible and adapt to changing circumstances. Demonstrated interest in continued learning and growth.

JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the recruitment, retention, and development of AFIM Partners and Donors to create longālasting and mutually beneficial relationships. Responsible for new partner identification, recruitment and stewardship. Responsible for developing different types and levels of partnership opportunities. Strong (corporate) partnerships with national and international companies. Create an annual calendar of partner engagement opportunities and develop content. Oversee and organize digital Fundraises in conjunction with the Social Media team. Develop ongoing, strong relationships with Partners to support their connection to AFIM programs. Ownership and development of AFIM’s strategies for Fund Development. Report to VP/CEO Required Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent experience. 5+ years experience with client-facing support services and team management. Self-motivated with excellent problem solving skills and negotiation skills. Knowledge of Google suite and Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, ppt, etc.). Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional etiquette.

Career Guidance Counselor at AFIM will: Work with our AFIM volunteers to assess and analyze their current status, assist them with defining career objectives, reviewing their skills and interests, determining priorities and values. Help volunteers at AF.IM identify their career path and adjust to the new job market. Work with our volunteers to set realistic goals. Help them with the mechanics of improving their resume, online presence, preparation for job interviews, and identifying concrete strategies for getting from where they are now to where they want to be. Work with them to create a career action plan and build in accountability. Work with them on networking and interview prep; practice role play. Help them update their linkedIn profile and resume; work with them to lineup references. Prepare and submit reports for career counseling outcomes to Management while maintaining records of activities and data. Job Requirements: * Completed a Bachelor’s degree in counseling, human services, psychology, social work, behavioral health or any relevant degree. * Completed at least three (3) years of related work experience in the field of counseling, human services, or career services * Proficiency with computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher, and etc. * Proficiency with social media. Preferred Qualifications: * MBTI and/or Strong Interest Inventory Practitioner Certification * Counseling or coaching license/certification * Experience counseling/coaching for recent graduates, Career breaks, Return ships / Return to work programs etc.

JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: Following up on potential donor leads Build positive relationships with potential and existing donors Plan, organize and host fundraising events for the organization Represent The Africa In Me at local fundraising events Send current and potential donors a newsletter on a monthly basis to keep them informed of how organization is doing. Network within the community/virtually to build strong relationships with potential donors Develop a fundraising action plan Identify, develop and help create Monthly virtual Social Media fundraising events. Provide grant writing tools, prepare team budgets quarterly and yearly. In conjunction with the Finance team keep records relating to fundraising monies; Provide monthly updates to the committee regarding fundraising duties and events. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS: Can communicate effectively and has good interpersonal skills. Is well informed of all organization activities. Must be a personable, compassionate individual with exceptional listening skills, high energy. Previous experience in a fundraising capacity.
