Mission Statement

The Woape Foundation’s Mission is to come to the aid of Native American children who are pursuing a brighter future for themselves and their nation. Our focus is on empowering indigenous youth through educational programming, the provisioning of basic resources during emergency crises, and advocating for social change.

Description

Our work focuses on education, empowerment, and social justice and began with a Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) program in partnership with the Red Cloud Indian School.

After 9 years of our STEM program, we have worked with over 2,000 students and boosted enrollment in STEM college fields by 170% for the youth we have worked with! We are now moving onto the next phase of our development, building an online platform.
