The AmeriCorps Disaster Case Management Program (ADCMP) proposes to have 57 Three Quarter Time AmeriCorps members serving in Butte County, focusing on the Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS) areas of Economic Opportunity and Healthy Futures by providing disaster case management services to a minimum of 1400 individuals impacted by the Camp Fire. At the end of the first program year, the AmeriCorps members will have made positive impacts in the number of Camp Fire survivors who have secured short and long-term housing, financial and/or community resources to replace belongings lost in the Camp Fire, and access to mental health services to address trauma related to the disaster.
