Rural Human Services is a local non-profit organization providing for the health, safety and economic well being for our communities, since 1981.

Description

RHS operates Harrington House, our community's resource center and shelter for victims of domestic violence and their children. The business and shelter, built in 2004, offer state of the art security covering a 28 bed facility. Services offered are the following; individual and group counseling for adults and children; emergency shelter, food and clothing; legal advocacy and court accompaniment; client advocacy, household establishment; community outreach and education.
