What We Do:
We give people a second chance by providing them with legal representation, bail assistance, reentry support, connections to social services, and the tools they need to succeed.

Who We Are:
Florida Justice Center is the first and only legal aid organization in Florida approved by the Supreme Court to provide criminal legal assistance. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that uses a holistic approach combining legal, mental health, and social services to address the factors leading to disproportionately high conviction rates for the poor and people of color. FLJC connects low-income first-time offenders, military veterans, and social justice advocates with free defense attorneys, bail assistance, and social services. We also offer wrap-around case management for returning citizens from prison. FLJC also is the only local reentry organization that provides specialized services for justice-involved veterans.
