Pathway Impact was founded to connect the developed and developing world through volunteering, interning and student mobility in order to promote global citizenship, social inclusion, cultural exchange, human development and to establish global ties for local communities.
Our Vision is to become a renowned leader in development engagement by using local and global approaches for change. Together with our partners, we run high-impact programs that use widely accepted standards that appeal to compassionate individuals who are eager to explore, learn, impact and grow.
We work closely with like-minded organizations, community leaders and individuals to understand community needs and priorities and then involve members around the issues to inspire them into action. Our programs address the enormous challenges that under privileged Ugandans have to live with on a daily basis. Our short-term and long-term projects promote solidarity, social inclusion and ownership of development results and are designed to be sustainable long after the program participants have left.
