Mission Statement

STRENGTHENING the global effort to CURE neuromuscular disease. The ANF (formerly the AANEM Foundation for Research & Education) is a nonprofit association dedicated to the advancement of neuromuscular (NM), musculoskeletal, and electrodiagnostic (EDX) research and medicine.

Description

The American Neuromuscular Foundation (ANF) recognizes the critical need for neuromuscular research and is committed to improving the quality of life for patients with nerve and muscle disorders. As a funding source for neuromuscular research, the ANF is proud to provide numerous opportunities for researchers to apply for clinical research fellowships and grants to encourage and support research related to neuromuscular diseases. The Foundation has funded 12 research projects to date and funded many physicians to attend the AANEM's educational meeting.
