Mission Statement

The goal of HCM/IFAP is to provide counsel and financial assistance to individuals and families in the Highlands. We seek to accomplish our goal within the atmosphere of a concerned, caring community that offers every individual the right to personal respect and dignity.

Description

Our services include assistance with utility bills, housing and medications; food pantry; supportive counseling; Practial Education; and a Children's Clothes Closet.
