Mission Statement

Since 1972, the Optimist Blind Youth Association has provided individuals who are blind, visually impaired and multi-disabled with the skills and tools to overcome their personal challenges and lead their lives with greater independence, self-confidence and dignity, all at no cost to their families.

Description

Optimist Blind Youth Association has been a partner for the Blind Olympics for more than 30 years. We are proud that we can continue the tradition of providing recreational and sporting opportunities for those who are blind, visually impaired or multi-disabled.
