Giveni, Inc., a scientific research organization and an innovative nonprofit that focused on recognized needs. Base on three main areas: Scientific, Educational, Charitable. Training of the individual for the purpose of improving or developing his or her capabilities; or the instruction of the public on subjects useful to the individual and beneficial to the community.

Description


The organization's counseling program, together with its workshops, public lectures, and seminars, are educational in that they provide instruction on a subject useful to the individual and beneficial to the community at large. Accordingly, it is held that the organization is exempt from Federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Code.
