Mission Statement

Your Story is Our Story! We believe great leaders care for and about others. Through the aRt of social justice storytelling we build Relationships and a sense of Responsibility. Our products are Global Black History and Responsive Philanthropy. Our markets are the workplace and Pre-k-8 schools. The New 3Rs has 10,000 Global Black History artifacts preparing GenZ for rising economies in the continent of Africa.

Description

History: One night Dr. Ansari's eight-year old son woke with salty tears drenching his chocolate cheeks. He was in a state his parents have never seen. Dr. Ansari frantically asked what happened. He replied: "When Trump says he wants to Make America Great Again he wants us to go back to the days when people were spitting on Ruby Bridges. Mommy I am scared." She tightly held her little boy and told him that will never happen. He wailed: "It is happening. We are treated differently, because nobody cares." That morning Dr. Ansari shared her son's fears with a board member at her son's school. The board member blamed Dr. Ansari for traumatizing her son by teaching the life of Ruby Bridges.
The August 2017 chants in Charlottesville prove an eight-year old to be correct. The gains made by those who died for equality, equity and inclusiveness have been eroding. We cannot ignore the warnings, because regardless of faith, gender, or race each of us has the equal right to "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness".
Program: Through the aRts and responsive philanthropy we build learning communities in workplaces and schools.
