Beyond My Battle helps people reduce the stress of rare disease, serious illness, and disability through support and resources rooted in mindfulness, awareness, and compassion. Programs include workshops, educational tools, a podcast, resource library, and online community. Our major need for volunteers is an annual art show in Saratoga Springs called Art with Heart and Hope. It is a storytelling pop up exhibit displaying the art of those living with or caregiving for those with illnesses and disabilities.
