Summary Celestial Manna is in search of (2) Executive Administrative Assistants to support the following Executive members: - Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - Chief Vision Officer/Founder You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities, facilitating effective communication, and providing administrative support for an organization with a great cause! Responsibilities Manage executive schedules, including arranging meetings and appointments Coordinate and prioritize incoming inquiries and requests, ensuring timely responses or delegating tasks as appropriate. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents. Maintain and organize electronic files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Conduct research and compile data to prepare reports and presentations as needed. Assist in the preparation for meetings, including agendas, materials, and minutes. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Requirements: Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or in a similar role. Proficient in Google Office Suite Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work independently. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Summary The Fleet Manager will be responsible for managing a diverse fleet of vehicles, ensuring efficiency, compliance with regulations, and optimal utilization. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and performance. Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies for the efficient operation and maintenance of the company's fleet of vehicles. Monitor fleet performance metrics and analyze data to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to vehicle operation and maintenance. Manage fleet logistics, including vehicle acquisition, disposal, and replacement planning. Oversee fuel management programs and optimize fuel efficiency across the fleet. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance audits to ensure vehicles are in safe and operational condition. Collaborate with supply chain and finance departments to negotiate vendor contracts and manage fleet-related budgets. Provide leadership and training to drivers, promoting a culture of safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement. Requirements: Note: Volunteer must be located in the DC, MD or VA area. Proven experience as a Fleet Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a logistics or transportation company. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred. Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to fleet operations. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving efficiency, optimizing logistics, and implementing best practices in supply chain management. This volunteer opportunity offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our supply chain strategy and contribute to the community's overall impact. Job Objectives Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with Celestial Manna's goals and objectives. Lead and mentor a team of supply chain and logistic professionals, providing guidance and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Collaborate with executive leadership, finance and operations teams to ensure alignment of supply chain strategies with overall business objectives. Oversee procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution operations to maximize efficiency and minimize costs. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain processes, reduce lead times, and improve service levels. Monitor and analyze supply chain metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and drive performance optimization. Develop and manage relationships with community partners Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards in supply chain practices. Requirements: Proven experience as a senior leader in supply chain management, preferably in food distribution or non-profit Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing supply chain strategies that deliver measurable business results. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization. Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience with supply chain technologies and systems. Job Objectives Strategic Communication Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies aligned with organizational goals to enhance visibility and reputation. Coordinate with leadership to ensure messaging consistency across all channels. Media Relations Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure press coverage and promote the organization's initiatives. Serve as the primary spokesperson when necessary. Brand Management: Safeguard and enhance Celestial Manna's brand identity through effective PR campaigns, content creation, and community engagement. Ensure all communications reflect Celestial Manna’s mission and values. Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with VP Strategic Growth and Partnerships to engage with stakeholders including donors, partners, community members, and policymakers to foster relationships and support fundraising efforts. Develop communication strategies to maintain strong donor relations. Marketing Oversight: Direct the marketing team in developing and implementing marketing plans that support PR objectives. Monitor marketing campaigns' effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed to achieve maximum impact. Qualifications Proven experience in public relations, preferably in the non-profit sector with a focus on social issues like food security. Strong media relations skills and ability to secure positive media coverage. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Strategic thinker with experience in developing and implementing PR and marketing strategies. Leadership skills to manage and mentor a team effectively.
