Description

For over 40 years the Community Partnership on Aging has serving older adults in Cleveland's eastern suburbs . Originally started as the Tri-City Consortium on Aging, as our client base grew, our name changed too. Currently, CPA provide programs and services to residents of 6 cities: Highland Heights, Lyndhurst, Mayfield Heights, Mayfield Village, Richmond Heights and South Euclid.

Helping resident remain independent is a primary focus of CPA. Our social workers help residents deal with the factors that impact independence by providing information, referrals and likes to resources for a wide range of services. From home maintenance, to housekeeping to transportation and safety issues, CPA offers an arrange of programs and services to address these needs.

We also promote community involvement through by inviting residents to volunteer in the community, and to become active members of their community, participating in community sponsored events.

Well-being is enhanced through our nutrition services, social opportunities, daily programming, fitness & exercise classes and health education opportunities.
