Mission Statement

PCAA is committed to provide encouragement and support for youth and tens though life changing prevention, intervention and assistance programs. Transforming "youth at risk" to "youth of promise" provinding hope and a second chance. Assisting youth with basic life changing needs. By helping these youth, Orange County will be a better and safer place in which we live, work and worship

Description

PCAA was formed in 1993 to help youth with needs the county cannot supply. We are not a county organization but have a heart to help teens who make a mistake recover their life an get a new start. We are small but we do good work, putting on a Youth Luncheon each year where the incarated youth show their academic gains. We also"Adopt a Family" at Christmas which is very successful. we are looking for volunteers to help us with a upcoming fundraiser..creative ideas, helping us get attendance etc. The funds will support the two day schools at Probation which are an alternative to Juvenile Hall..very positive!
