Mission Statement

Our MISSION is to bring BLISS to where it doesn't exist. ​ We offer trauma-informed yoga to black and brown communities throughout the Bay Area.

Description

Our goal is to help people recover from trauma by using therapeutic yoga practices. The programs at Inner City Bliss aim to challenge the stigma surrounding African Americans and mental health. Our trauma-informed programming offers an alternative approach to mental health management.
