Mission Statement

The Central Rappahannock Heritage Center is a non-profit, all volunteer archive whose mission is to preserve historically valuable material of the region and make it available to the public for research.

Description

Welcome to the largest regional archives in Virginia! Delve into the fascinating history of the Central Rappahannock region.
The Central Rappahannock Heritage Center archives and preserves documents and photographs pertaining to the history and people from Caroline County, Stafford County, Spotsylvania County, King George County and the City of Fredericksburg in Virginia. Volunteers can help with processing collections, database entry, membership, information technology, collections and helping researchers.
