Mission Statement

The Cook Forest Conservancy is dedicated to protecting and improving the lands, waters, and wildlife of the Cook Forest State Park ecosystem, now and for future generations.

Description

The CFC helps control invasive plants & insects which damage the biodiversity of the forest, including the hemlock woolly adelgid, and helps landowners adopt sustainable property management practices. We work with a number of other agencies, government departments, and nonprofit organizations.
