Mission Statement

DECA prepares emerging leaders and entrepreneurs for fields in marketing, finance, hospitality, and business administration in high schools and colleges around the globe.

Description

DECA has been in Massachusetts high schools since 1957. Students attend leadership conferences in the fall and competitive conferences from December-March. Massachusetts DECA is the largest business association for high school students in New England and the Massachusetts DECA State Career Development Conference is the largest student conference held in Boston. with over 3500 attendees. Massachusetts DECA depends on the volunteerism of approximately 700 adults from industry to serve as judges at the district and state conferences each year.
