Our mission is to improve behavioral, economic, and social outcomes for youths and women

Description

Our vision is to create programs to improve behavioral, social and economic outcomes through knowledge sharing between program participants and professionals in their field of interests. We offer targeted training to participants based on their developmental needs.

We expose our youths participants to various career requirements to ease their educational and career choices and enable them to understand a career' s requirements beforehand.

We focus on teaching our programs' participants the principles of making informed decisions to drive economic, social, and behavioral betterment.

We foster a user-friendly Learning Management platform and arrange shadowing or internship opportunities for the youth in the mentoring program.

A very thoughtful organization which provides career & life mentors for youth, and aids parents in the social transitions they face as immigrants with first generation college / trade students.
