Mission Statement
Chappy & Friends believes in empowering those helping the voiceless across the animal kingdom. We believe that all animals should have a safe environment in which to fulfill their varied purposes in this world. Too often, animals are treated as soulless creatures with no regard for their ability to feel pain, rejection, and suffering. Too often, they are left open to physical or mental abuse or are unable to receive the care or treatment they so desperately need. Chappy & Friends seeks to free those on the front lines of animal welfare activities from the mundane administrative and time-consuming tasks of running their own 501(c)(3)’s. (Tasks such as: paperwork, IRS reporting, and board management.) Thereby, we allow these projects to focus on their respective lifesaving, life-protecting, and life-enhancing activities.

Who We Are
Chappy & Friends ignites grassroots animal welfare projects and animal hospital partnerships across the United States. Officially, C&F is an IRS 501(c)(3) fiscal sponsor. We are based in Naperville, IL at 848 Proud Clarion Ct. Projects think of us as an "incubator" for those seeking to impact the animal kingdom in positive ways. Animal Hospitals think of us as a facility for raising money on a tax-deductible basis for their less affluent clients. In sum, we help those on the front lines of animal welfare to come into existence as Chappy & Friends’ "projects" or as "partners", to grow, and to sustain themselves. We currently have projects in AZ, CA, OR, IN, NJ, NYC, and MA. Our animal hospital program is brand new. We are in discussions with a very large IL western suburban hospital to become a partner and continue to contact other animal hospitals in the area to let them know of the availability of our program.
What We Do
Chappy & Friends helps projects and partners by effectively lending our 501(c)(3) status to these non-exempt organizations and individuals. This allows the projects and partnerships to offer tax benefits to their donors and to apply for grants without the burden of running a 501(c)(3). No board to recruit and manage. No 990’s to fill out. This also gives them the freedom to focus on what they do best: saving, treating, advocating for, and/or enhancing the lives of animals!
