Mission Statement

Penn State Extension's Master Watershed Steward Program educates volunteers in natural resource education, stewardship and management with the goal of protecting environmental resources in the community. These volunteer Stewards then educate the community about water quality and natural resources, assist municipalities with MS4 requirements, and accelerate implementation of green stormwater practices in the community.
