The Junior League of Palo Alto*Mid Peninsula is an organization of women committed to promoting volunteerism, developing the potential of women, and improving communities through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Our purpose is exclusively educational and charitable.

Description

The Junior League of Palo Alto*Mid Peninsula works to develop the potential of families through its projects, community grants and public policy advocacy, and focuses on training a diverse group of women volunteers who are interested in broadening their skills and affecting positive change in our community. Please come to our open house on August 9th, 2005 at 6:30 at our headquarters at 555 Ravenswood Avenue, Menlo Park to learn more about this exciting organization.

The JL makes a positive and lasting impact on the community. They do a great job of providing useful training to members, and everyone has a lot of fun in the process.
