Our Mission Motivated by the inherent worth of each individual and our great care for the people of Haiti, the Saint Rock Haiti Foundation works side by side with the people of Saint Rock and the surrounding rural communities to enhance their lives through: Providing quality primary health care; Helping children and young adults access valuable education opportunities; Instituting community outreach programs that support economic sustainability; Investing in infrastructure to support overall health; and Empowering members of the community to advocate for their rights in the future. We recognize that through our on-going collaboration with the Haitian government and non-governmental organizations, we will support the shared goal of greater self-sufficiency. Description

The SRHF Health Center officially opened November 18, 2002, staffed by Haitian health care professionals: including a part-time physician, dentist, and a full-time nurse. In addition to the Haitian staff, outreach trips by medical professionals from the United States augmented the care for the patient population.

Today, our operations have grown to include two health centers in Saint Rock and Macaco that provide health and dental care, pharmaceuticals, lab services. We employ over 60 Haitian staff in our health centers that includes doctors, nurses, lab technicians, pharmacists, and administrative staff. The number of registered patients surpasses 80,000 and we have bought land and begun construction on a new maternal health center that will serve many more patients in a setting the is tailored to providing high quality and dign

We have developed a number of community development programs that integrate our clinical services to maximize impact. It includes education support, clean water initiatives, micro finance, and agriculture. As of 2024, our education program supports the salaries of teachers and administrators in five primary schools. Our university and vocational programs have impacted over 160 post secondary students. In 2023 we saw two of our students become dentists and one has completed medical school.
