Description

Grind + Growth is a startup nonprofit organization, that is less than a year old and we have already made a strong impact in our communities. Established in 2019 we have reached over 38,000 people, impacted over 40 adult participants, held four free entrepreneurial training's, mentored over 10 aspiring entrepreneurs, and impacted over 80 students grades 1st-12th through entrepreneurial learning. Our goal is to equip children and youth with a foundation of values and a vision to pursue their dreams. We are dedicated to changing the mindset of youth, to believe in themselves and their goals.

We offer two programs Operation CEO and Business Development Training.

Operation CEO is a free 6-week in-depth entrepreneurship education program for children ages 8-18. This program serves as an after-school and summer camp enrichment program, that promotes early training and education to help young people foster an entrepreneurial spirit.

Business Development Training is an in-depth intensive 12-week course that supports entrepreneurs in launching business operations, becoming licensed and legally structured. This program is designed for individuals living in underserved communities with limited access to startup funding and business training, but dream of starting their own business. This program is designed to remove those barriers and help stimulate economic development in those communities.
