The Better Because Collective is a 100% volunteer-run mental health-focused nonprofit organization founded in January 2019. We're a small team of dedicated volunteers working remotely around the world. We're passionate about supporting people sharing their personal narratives of post-traumatic growth.

• We start conversations that have the power to transform perceived views of mental health experiences.

• We educate to create a more caring society.

• We're a safe inclusive space that fosters healing.

We are currently building on our team to mindfully increase our online presence, so that we can begin regular publication of stories and move towards our goals of creating community around post-traumatic growth, reaching and educating more people about post-traumatic growth, and eventually publishing a printed anthology. Now is an ideal time to join the team and build the Better Because Collective with us!
