Mission Statement

We are committed to connecting people with needs to provide high quality, client-centered and affordable housing, home care services, Assisted Living Placement, and resource referrals to clients and assist them to lead dignified and independent lives in the comfort and safety of their homes. Their individual needs are carefully assessed, understood, and met through the selective assignment of qualified, trustworthy, and compassionate personnel. Our one-stop-shop mission and vision will be achieved through the application of our core values, which include: keeping our client’s health, quality of life, and well-being central in the design to be a financially viable referral service and delivery of services.

Description

We help seniors, the disabled, and veterans to find affordable and low-income housing. SDA Elderly Care Referral Service, Inc. is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that helps people facing homelessness to find low-income housing and continuum of care home placement. Homeless service providers across the country are struggling to meet the needs of the homeless population in this unprecedented public health crisis. We have joined with our community outreach resources to provide immediate low-income housing to seniors, disabled, and veterans starting from $500.00 to $600.00 monthly to include utilities. We are currently providing referrals to low-income Group Homes, I ndependent Living, and Assisted Living Facilities starting as low as $700.00 per month.
