We provide comprehensive services inside and outside prison walls that empower adults to lead fulfilling and crime free lives within their community.
Description
Through Pre- and Post-release evidence-based programming, as well as housing and clinical case management based on the goal of self-sufficiency, our mission is to empower individuals returning to the Denver Metro Area and Boulder County area to successfully transition from incarceration to a restored live in society.
