FOR THE KIDS: We have two sets of innovative curricula that are extremely fun and effective! The one for the K-5th graders help teach the kids a true understanding of nutrition, re-association of good foods and good feelings, how to make good food choices and more thorough- a fun and hands on approach!

We teach 6th-12th graders how to become nutritionally self-sufficient. Instilling a true understanding of nutrition with applicable skills is extremely important for this age group.

FOR THE TEACHERS AND COMMUNITY LEADERS: These workshops were designed by a Registered Dietician (RD), Psychologist, and a Fitness Trainer. We combined the knowledge of these 3 professionals into a half-day workshop that will give your team the adequate knowledge to become healthier and more productive at work. Furthermore, we teach their team how to become advocates of healthy living for their families and the community.
