Mission Statement

Seattle Mongolian Youth Center is a community-based organization that is tax-exempt under the Internal Revenue Code 501© with a mission to improve Mongolian immigrants and their children's lives through community-based cultural and educational programs.

Description

We are the largest Mongolian community non-profit group operating in Washington state. Our organization
consists of 4 board members, 7 teachers, and 20+ volunteers and 60+ children and their families. Our current
programs offer Saturday 5 hour programs that include language and cultural program and traditional language
classes. We have gained recognition in the Mongolian community and formed groups of volunteers through our
youth cultural, educational programs, and cultural events and programs for the last three years.
