Since our founding in 2016, we have focused on job seekers facing barriers and have provided the resources for them to build meaningful careers. We envision a world where lasting and meaningful workplace inclusion generates positive ripple effects across families, industries, and communities. Workplace inclusion begins with skilled and diverse talent being hired into jobs from where they’ve previously been excluded. re:work training empowers candidates through an intensive 8-week curriculum. Candidates are trained in business and sales development roles to then place into the software/SAAS industry. start a new cohort every month. Each cohort has between 12 - 15 candidates, in order to provide quality attention and support to each individual. We also offer support services like mentoring, continued education, and community programming. The curriculum is offered at no charge to maximize the probability of recruitment, empowerment, job placement, and career success.
