That Others May Live Foundation provides critical support, scholarships, and immediate tragedy assistance for the families of United States Air Force Rescue Heroes who are killed or severely wounded in operational or training missions.
History - In 1998 two HH-60G Rescue helicopters experienced a tragic mid-air collision during a mission causing the deaths of 12 Airmen leaving 8 children behind. A tragedy fund was started for the children of these brave heroes. In 1999 another tragic accident killing an Airman leaving behind two young sons. The founders of these two independent assistance funds realized they could be more effective joining efforts and provide financial support for the families of these airmen providing scholarship and other financial support for the family at a time when they need it most.
