Description

Park Cemetery Association has been working with families for 140 years. The cemetery sits on 50 acres of land surrounded by different types of tree species. The cemetery has fallen in disrepair over the years but thanks to new leadership the cemetery is stabilizing and ground maintenance has improved. The new board of directors is now focusing on digitizing their interment records to make it easier to assist lot owners in finding graves and interring in family plots. Since there are over 50,000 interments in the cemetery, this project is projected to take approximately 5-7 years. The project is overseen by a seasoned genealogist with 30 years of experience in records management.
