Stimulate women to achieve full potential in careers as engineers and leaders, expand the image of the engineering profession as a positive force in improving the quality of life, and demonstrate the value of diversity.

Description

SWE Tulsa NEO Section was chartered in 2002. SWE empower females under the age of 18 to prepare for careers in engineering and technology by volunteering in our community and promoting STEM.

SWE Tulsa NEO Section's FY Goals:

  1. Hold a minimum of 1 SWE driven outreach event
  2. Participate in 2-4 additional outreach events with other organizations.
  3. Hold at least 2 events with collegiates
  4. Award 5 Mini-Grants
  5. Participate in 300 books giveaway
  6. Add a minimum of 5 outreach events into Outreach Metric Tool.
  7. Share SWENext with 10 non-SWE members
