Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide Service Animals to Veterans, First Responders, Women, & Children regardless of their financial means and abilities. Through our efforts, we educate communities about the importance and effectiveness of service animals. Through training, our service dogs promote independent-living, relief of PTSD and other psychiatric symptoms, mobility, employability, longevity, and sociability for our clients. It is our firm belief that Service Dogs literally save lives. We are proud to enhance the freedoms of those who have been through so much already.

Description

The Malinois Foundation is a growing 501(c)3 nonprofit that reaches clients throughout much of Utah (Payson through Ogden) as well as select cities in Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, and Texas. Plus, we are currently scoping out 2 more locations for expansion! We have a unique process for selecting suitable puppies and training them with our clients and their families starting very early in the process. This results in a high success rate for training completion and permanent placement. As an almost completely volunteer-run organization, we rely on supportive community members like you, so we can provide our first-rate services and extend our reach. That also means any donations are tax deductible, and 100% of the proceeds will fund lasting relationships between our clients and their service dogs. We are excited to hear about your interest in volunteering with us!
