The Medplus Hospice team is dedicated to provide individuals with care to their needs to insure the best quality of life during a difficult time. We are committed in recognizing that individuals and families are the true experts in their own care.

Description

Medplus Hospice Team will focus on enhancing the patient's quality of life, preserving the patient's dignity, and dealing with the patient's end of life issues. Volunteers can play a big role in enhancing the quality of life of our patients and their families. We are seeking for Volunteers who are compassionate and caring, and have a desire to serve others.
