Description

Established in June 2018, Tri Valley Wholeness Project (TWP Fund) is a young non-profit 501(C)3 organization that is devoted to helping the working homeless and underserved individuals within the Tri Valley area (Livermore, Dublin, Pleasanton). The homeless population has been increasing in the suburbs of the Tri Valley due to the decrease of available affordable housing, so TWP strives to prevent homelessness by targeting those in need.

TWP Fund's mission is to provide outreach programs to intercede homelessness by identifying and engaging with the underserved population. TWP Fund hopes to lend a hand to these individuals by providing clothes, care packages/hygiene kits, and anything else they might need to get back on their feet. We will also partner and coordinate with other charities to refer our clients to other existing business programs and organizations based on their specific needs.

We understand that everyone has different backgrounds and needs, so we want to help out with anything we can to give them that extra support to feel whole. Our goal is to unify our community and create a safe environment where the underserved can come to get the support they need to build a self-sufficient future.
