SCISSORTAIL PARK MISSION Scissortail Park brings Oklahoma’s natural beauty to life in a safe, welcoming and playful environment that encourages community gathering, stewardship, culture and education for neighbors, visitors and future generations.

Description

Scissortail Park is a new Park located within downtown Okalhoma City. It is a welcoming place for all who share a love of the outdoors and pride in our accomplishment of envisioning a beautiful place for our urban center. Volunteers make a difference for staff and visitors alike while developing professional skills and connecting with neighbors and nature. We offer a fun variety of opportunities for adults, youth and groups to volunteer. Whether you enjoy helping with public events or lending a hand with the Horticulture Team to keep the Park thriving, we have something for you.
