Enhance the lives of individuals with disabilities by providing year-round outdoor adaptive recreational opportunities.
In 1985, a full five years before the Americans with Disabilities Act was enacted by Congress, a group of Flathead residents banded together to make outdoor activities more accessible to people with disabilities. One of the first projects was the popular Trail of the Cedars in Glacier National Park. DREAM is still thriving after 35 years of supporting our community!
Today DREAM offers year-round outdoor recreation opportunties such as skiing and snowboarding at Whitefish Mountain Resort, Nordic skiing in partnership with Glacier Nordic Club, paddle boarding, kayaking, mountain biking, water skiing and more!
We have a very small staff and a dedicated group of over 100 volunteers that help facilitate our lessons and opportunities.
We hope you'll join us in our mission to make the outdoors accessible to everyone!
