Paradigm For Parity's mission is to achieve a new norm in corporate leadership, one in which women and men of all races, cultures, and backgrounds have equal power, status, and opportunity.
The Paradigm for Parity(r) coalitionwas founded in 2015 by 47 female CEOs and C-Suite Executives who observed significant barriers and were frustrated with the lack of progress. With a desire to give back to all women, they developed P4P as a break-through solution to achieve gender parity for all races, cultures, and backgrounds in corporate leadership by 2030.
P4P launched in 2016 with 27 companies, and today is a movement comprised of business leaders across industry sectors, board members, and academics committed to addressing the corporate leadership gender gap. 109 Companies have joined the P4P coalition to date, including 23 Fortune 500 companies, and P4P is impacting employees in the US and overseas.
